Develop Code as per Technical Specification and Functional Requirement.
Deliverables
  • Developed a report to display vendor master details using ALV. The tables used were LFA1, LFB1 and ADRC.
  • Developed an ALV report that displays Customer Number, Customer Name and his contact address in the basic list. Later in the detailed list it display Customer Number, Customer Name, Distribution Channel, Division, Partner No, Partner Function and descriptions.
  • Modified standard purchase order form to include logo, contact person details like the email id of the buyer, various texts, various terms and conditions based on document types.
  • Worked with SAP Script standard layout set of RVPICKSIN (single picking list) and modified as per client requirements.
  • Developed Delivery Report using Smart Forms.
  • Developed a BDC program to update contract start date stored in a custom table by using session method via ‘VA42’.
  • Developed user exit to validate storage location and delivery quantity for newly created delivery order.

Background
Most of ABC’s business derives from the three major segments of the oil and gas market - upstream, midstream, and downstream. Our products and services are used for a wide range of applications, including oil and gas production, high-pressure field injection and enhanced oil recovery, pipelines, refinery processes, natural gas processing, and petrochemical production.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating and modifying new and existing sap scripts in SD module. These include sales order, purchase order and Invoice.
  • Created BDC for uploading Material Master Data into SAP system.
  • Actively involved as a member of the ABAP Technical team.
Deliverables
  • Developed interactive report for displaying the vendor details. Vendor Bank details are displayed in the secondary list based on the selection made in basic list for a particular vendor.
  • Developed a Hierarchical Sequential ALV report to display the contents of Purchase Order Header table and Purchase Order Item table together on one single list. The tables used were EKKO and EKPO.
  • Generating reports as per client requirements based on SD and MM modules.
  • Upload data from excel to transaction ‘MK01’ using Session Method which runs in background.
  • Designed and Coded a BDC program for Customer Master, it will update records in Customer Master or creates new Customer depending on the source data excel file of external system.
  • Designed a Smart Form to print the invoice details with barcode for sales document number.
  • Modified the printing programs for various sales documents and purchase documents using SAP Script Layout set maintenance.
  • Analyzed and tuned programs to improve performance by using Runtime analysis. Analyzed Business department needs, providing workable solutions and developing systems, which will increase efficiency.
